About F.tech R&D

F.tech R&D was established in Troy, Ohio, in April 2003, when F.tech began expanding R&D services for Honda in North America. Establishing an R&D center on the development side was a natural move to bring customer service closer to F.tech’s growing North American market.

We have been growing at a rapid pace ever since, expanding our capabilities, our customer base, and our employees. In addition to our office in Ohio, we have offices in Troy, Michigan, and Dusseldorf, Germany. Together our three R&D locations service four major American and Japanese automakers. Our product development supports manufacturing of over four million vehicles through global supply chain of F.tech Group factories and business partners located in the United States, Mexico, Canada, China, Brazil and Philippines. As a member of a global company of R&D and manufacturing facilities, we have access to a worldwide network of engineering, sourcing, testing, and production solutions that we can tap at anytime.
